Enjoy a Right Royal Afternoon Tea and Complementary G&T to Celebrate the Kings' Birthday

Available from 7th – 14th June, guests will be able to enjoy a traditional, British afternoon tea with an iconic British tipple.

This month, The Ivy Collection restaurants in England and Wales are celebrating the King’s Birthday (14^th June) by offering complimentary Tanqueray gin and tonics to guests dining on The Ivy Afternoon Tea* from 7^th – 14^th June.

Carefully crafted by The Ivy’s chefs, The Ivy Afternoon Tea celebrates classic British flavours as well as bites that pay homage to the seasonal a la carte menu. Served on a classic, tiered afternoon tea tray, guests will delight in a selection of finger sandwiches; fluffy choux buns filled with The Ivy 1917 Cure Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese, Chicken Milanese and Truffle Cream in a light brioche roll and Lightly Curried Egg finger sandwiches.

Above the classic Warm Fruited Scones with clotted cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry preserve, a selection of indulgent sweets adorns the top tier of the tray. Delights include mini Classic Crème Brûlées with berry compote, mini Ivy Chocolate Bombes with milk foam, Vanilla and Strawberry Muffins, as well as Chocolate Truffles with a velvety salted caramel centre.

For a limited time, guests dining on the afternoon tea will also be able to enjoy a complementary gin and tonic – one of King Charles III’s favourite tipples. Made with Tanqueray London Dry Gin and Fever-Tree tonic, served over ice, the classic gin and tonic is the perfect refreshing sip to celebrate The King on his birthday and the days preceding it.

Complimentary Tanqueray gin and tonics will be available between 7^th and 14^th June when ordered with the afternoon tea only and on 14^th June when ordered with a cream tea. The British Icons menu is available in restaurants across England, Wales and Scotland until 30^th June 2025.
