The International Menopause Society (IMS) has appointed Natalie Trice Publicity as its retained global PR agency to support its mission of promoting and supporting access to best practice health care for women through the menopause transition and post-reproductive years.

Established in 1978, the IMS is a membership organisation bringing together leading experts from across the world to collaborate and share knowledge about every aspect of ageing in women.

The Society advocates for evidence-based treatment options that optimise midlife health, promotes best practice in clinical care, advances research and publishes Climacteric, the Journal of Adult Women’s Health and Medicine.

Through initiatives such as the World Congress on Menopause and World Menopause Day, which IMS founded in 2009, the Society sets the global agenda for education, equity and visibility in women’s health. With 65 affiliated societies across six continents, IMS is uniquely placed to influence public, professional and policy conversations on midlife and ageing.

“We know that women are searching for answers and healthcare professionals are looking for trusted resources,” says Professor Rossella Nappi, President of the International Menopause Society (2024–2026). “Working with Natalie Trice Publicity is a strategic step to make sure our expertise informs those conversations. This is not about coverage for the sake of column inches. It is about ensuring our science and experience guide how menopause is understood, discussed and addressed worldwide.”

Natalie Trice Publicity will lead IMS’s international PR activity to ensure women’s midlife health is represented accurately and with urgency across global media outlets. The first campaign will spotlight World Menopause Day 2025, focusing on lifestyle and informed health choices, before building momentum toward the World Congress in Rio de Janeiro in 2026.

“Midlife women’s health deserves informed reporting, not salacious soundbites that scare,” says Natalie Trice, founder of Natalie Trice Publicity. “IMS has the authority, the network and the evidence to lead these conversations and my job is to make sure the media knows it. By engaging the right broadcasters, journalists and platforms, we will break the silence, challenge stigma and ensure IMS sets the global agenda for how women’s midlife health is reported.”
