The Ivy Collection Brings the Taste of a European Summer to Britain with New £19.95 Seasonal Menu

The Ivy Collection has unveiled its new Golden Summer Menu, bringing relaxed Mediterranean dining and seasonal flavours to restaurants across the UK from just £19.95.

Britons may not all be heading to the Mediterranean this summer, but The Ivy Collection believes the feeling of a European holiday can still be enjoyed much closer to home.

The popular restaurant group has unveiled its new Golden Summer Menu, a seasonal dining experience inspired by the relaxed lunches, fresh ingredients and unhurried pace that have become synonymous with a classic Euro Summer. Available from 20 July until 1 September, the limited-time menu offers two courses from just £19.95 across participating Ivy Collection restaurants nationwide.

The launch follows new research commissioned by The Ivy Collection, revealing that many people are embracing the idea that everyday pleasures can be just as restorative as an overseas holiday.

According to the survey, 71% of Britons believe small moments of escapism throughout the summer are just as important as travelling abroad, while 58% say sharing a leisurely meal with friends and family is one of the defining pleasures of a European summer. More than half (57%) also admit that dining outdoors instantly makes them feel as though they are on holiday.

The menu captures that spirit with dishes inspired by cuisines from across Europe. Starters include Rabbit Croquettes with French mustard sauce, Golden Fried Calamari served with chilli and lime crème fraîche, and a refreshing Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon salad with toasted pistachios and Nocellara olives.

Main courses continue the Mediterranean journey with Brioche-crumbed Chicken Escalope topped with Grana Padano, capers and citrus crème fraîche, alongside Charred Cypriot Halloumi served on warm coral lentils with salsa verde. Vegetarian diners can also enjoy Chilli and Sesame Glazed Aubergine, while steak lovers can upgrade to the Tranche Steak and Chips with peppercorn sauce for a small supplement.

Dessert offers a fitting finale with a classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée, cooling Iced Berries and Hot White Chocolate, or the striking Mediterranean Gold dessert featuring coconut, mango and passion fruit enclosed in a crisp chocolate shell.

For those wishing to make an afternoon of it, The Ivy recommends pairing lunch with its exclusive Champagne Colada, combining Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca Rum, tropical fruits, coconut, lime and The Ivy Champagne.
